Handmade Pasta Fettuccine

  1. You just need 3 ingredients.
  2. Combine the eggs and salt.
  3. Add the egg mixture a little at a time to the flour in a food processor, and mix until it becomes crumbly dough as shown in the photo in Step 3.
  4. Put the dough in a container or plastic bag, and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. The photo shows 8 servings of pasta dough, and 3 servings of Chinese noodles.
  6. Please refer to "Homemade Chinese Noodles"for further instructions.
  7. Different from the Chinese noodles, you have to dry out the pasta a little so that it won't stick together.
  8. We hang the pasta on cooking chopsticks to dry.
  9. Divide into 1 serving portions (about 75 g) and bundle up each portion in a container.
  10. Since I would have to clean the pasta machine afterward anyway, I made Chinese noodles as well.
