Handmade Pasta Fettuccine
- 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- You just need 3 ingredients.
- Combine the eggs and salt.
- Add the egg mixture a little at a time to the flour in a food processor, and mix until it becomes crumbly dough as shown in the photo in Step 3.
- Put the dough in a container or plastic bag, and let rest for about 10 minutes.
- The photo shows 8 servings of pasta dough, and 3 servings of Chinese noodles.
- Please refer to "Homemade Chinese Noodles"for further instructions.
- Different from the Chinese noodles, you have to dry out the pasta a little so that it won't stick together.
- We hang the pasta on cooking chopsticks to dry.
- Divide into 1 serving portions (about 75 g) and bundle up each portion in a container.
- Since I would have to clean the pasta machine afterward anyway, I made Chinese noodles as well.
