Quiche Lorraine
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half-and-half
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; line with pie crust as directed on package.
- Place bacon, cheese and onions in prepared crust.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in crust.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
