Pork, Date and Ginger Meatloaves

  1. Combine all ingredients except the pears in a bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 and form into logs or press into 1 cup capacity mini bread tins.
  3. Arrange pear slices over meatloaf.
  4. Brush with extra juice.
  5. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Drain off extra liquid.
  7. Serve with salad greens.
