Pork, Date and Ginger Meatloaves
- 350g pork mince
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup dates, halved
- 4 canned pear halves, thinly sliced
- Combine all ingredients except the pears in a bowl.
- Divide mixture into 4 and form into logs or press into 1 cup capacity mini bread tins.
- Arrange pear slices over meatloaf.
- Brush with extra juice.
- Bake at 180C for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Drain off extra liquid.
- Serve with salad greens.
