Dilly Fries
- 32 oz McCain's frozen french fries
- 4 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- preheat oven 450
- in a bowl large enough to hold the bag of fries...whisk all but the fries until well combined
- add fries and coat well with dill pickle mixture
- place in a single layer on baking sheet
- bake 20 - 25 minutes till golden and lightly crispy, turning half way through
pickle juice, egg white, dill, garlic, salt
