Seven-Layer Cookie Bar
- 3 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
- 2 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, cut into small chunks
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 2 cups toffee bits
- 2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 3-1/2 cups canned sweetened condensed milk
- Mix OREO Pieces and butter until well blended; press onto bottoms of 2 parchment paper-lined half-sheet pans (or onto bottom of 1 half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Sprinkle with layers of chocolate chunks, nuts, butterscotch chips, toffee bits and coconut.
- Drizzle evenly with condensed milk.
- Bake in 325F-convection oven 12 to 15 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 3x2-3/4-inch bars to serve.
