Sausage Mushroom Egg Casserole Recipe

  1. Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish greased.
  2. Layer, starting with croutons.
  3. Then add in sausage.
  4. Mix together Large eggs, lowfat milk, soup, mushrooms, and dry mustard.
  5. Pour over crouton/sausage mix.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on and cherry tomatoes for garnish and bake another 5 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
