Best Zucchini Bread Recipe

• 3 Large eggs
• 1 c. oil
• 2 c. grated zucchini
• 3 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3-4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 c. minced nuts

1. Beat Large eggs till light in color and creamy.
2. Add in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
3. Mix lightly but well.
4. Mix flour, baking soda and pwdr and spices together.
5. Add in to egg mix and blend well.
6. Add in nuts.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
8. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
