Creamy Grilled Shrimp Tacos

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss shrimp with 1 Tbsp.
  3. (3 tsp.)
  4. oil; thread onto skewers.
  5. Grill 2 to 3 min.
  6. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Remove shrimp from skewers; set aside.
  8. Heat remaining oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  9. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  10. or until softened, adding garlic for the last minute.
  11. Add cream cheese product, lime juice and water; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
  13. Add shrimp; mix lightly.
  14. Spoon shrimp mixture onto tortillas; top with shredded cheese, coleslaw blend and salsa.
