Matcha Kisses
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.3 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 Tbsp. green tea powder
- 2 cups flour
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Beat butter and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add dry pudding mix and tea powder; beat until blended.
- Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until tops of cookies are firm to the touch.
- Cool 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
