Pasta al Pomodoro
- 1 bunch tomatos
- 150 grams tomato sauce
- 1 bunch basil
- 3 pinch pepper
- 1 each chili
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tsp pesto
- 50 grams parmesan
- 20 grams ham
- Boil water, then add noodles for 10 minutes
- Prepare sauce adding seasonings, herbs and pesto and turn on the heat
- Put the noodles into the sauce pot and add 1/3 of the cheese (tip: adding another sort of cheese strenghtens the flavor)
- Add ham
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
- Put it on a plate or into a bowl to serve.
- Add on top the rest of the cheese and some of the herbs
