Betty's Low Cal Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into round loaf.
  3. Place accessory meat rack in crockpot.
  4. Place meat loaf on rack.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hrs.
  6. This recipe can be doubled to fit a large 6 qt crockpot.
