Easy Sisig

  1. Prepare rice according to the instructions on the bag.
  2. When ready, set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil.
  5. Add the onions and green onions and cook until the onions get a "clear" colour.
  6. On medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook until there's no red meat left.
  7. Drain the water of it if there's any.
  8. Add the hot-dog sausages and fry with the ground beef.
  9. Cook until the sausages turn a little brown.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Pour in the sauce and stir well everything.
  12. Cook until there is not much liquid left.
  13. When ready, turn off from heat and add the egg on top.
  14. Stir and serve while its still hot on a layer of rice.
