Bahn Mi Dog

  1. Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
  4. (30 mL) mayonnaise mixture onto cut sides of 1 French bread bun; sprinkle evenly with 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) cilantro.
  6. Fill with 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) each carrot sand jicama, 4 cucumber slices, 1 frank and 6 jalapeno pepper slices.
