Raspberry-Fig Parfaits
- 6 figs, divided
- 4 cups raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 8 fresh mint sprigs
- Chop 4 figs; mash with berries in large bowl.
- Stir in sugar.
- Spoon evenly into 8 parfait glasses.
- Whisk cream cheese, marshmallow creme and milk until blended; spoon over berry mixture in glasses.
- Cut remaining figs into quarters; place piece on each parfait.
- Sprinkle parfaits with cinnamon; garnish with mint.
