Asian-Style Glazed Meatballs

  1. Meatballs: Mix all ingredients.
  2. Shape into 200 meatballs (or into 20 meatballs for trial recipe), using 1 rounded Tbsp.
  3. meat mixture for each meatball.
  4. Cook meatballs, in batches, in large skillet on medium heat just until lightly browned, turning occasionally.
  5. Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  6. Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 8 to 10 min.
  7. or until meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Transfer to large bowl.
  9. Glaze: Mix all ingredients except sesame seed and cilantro.
  10. Pour over meatballs; stir gently until evenly coated.
  11. Cook, in batches, in large skillet on medium-low heat 5 to 10 min.
  12. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro just before serving.
