Fruity Mousse Cups
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) fruit cocktail, well drained
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
- Divide fruit among six dessert dishes.
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice cubes; stir until completely melted.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping until well blended.
- Spoon over fruit.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping just before serving.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
