Three Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
- 2 slices Crusty Fresh Bread
- 2 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 slices Pepperjack Cheese
- 2 slices Tomato, Thin
- 2 slices Red Onion, Thin
- 1 sprig Basil Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter For Bread
- Lay two slices of bread on a plate.
- Place 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese on one piece of the bread.
- Add the 2 slices of provolone and 2 slices of pepperjack cheese on top of that.
- Next place 2 tomato slices on top of cheese.
- Add the red onion to top of the tomato and sprinkle with some finely chopped basil.
- Cover with other slice of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of butter over top of bread.
- Flip sandwich over and repeat with the remaining butter.
- Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes per side until cheese is melted.
- Remove and enjoy!
