Honey-Grilled Pork

  1. Combine soy sauce, vinegar (or sherry), honey and cumin and stir to mix well.
  2. Remove any fat on pork and place in marinade, turning to coat.
  3. Marinate from 1 hour to overnight,
  4. Prepare a charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to gray ash.
  5. Grill pork, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
  6. Grill a total of 15 to 20 minutes until the thick middle part is pale pink.
  7. Ends will be done sooner; they may be cut off and set aside.
  8. Slice and serve.
