Ham and Three-Cheese Noodles

  1. In a large pot of rapidly salted boiling water cook noodles until just tender, 6-8 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan saute garlic and onion till tender.
  3. Combine mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, sherry, mustard and pepper.
  4. Whisk to blend.
  5. Add ham and cook over medium heat stirring until hot, about 3 minutes.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Add cheeses and stir till melted.
  8. Drain noodles transfer to a bowl.
  9. Place noodles on a platter, top with ham sauce and serve.
