Powdered Pumpkin Doughnuts

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add oil, pumpkin and buttermilk.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together, add to egg mixture.
  4. Chill 1 hour.
  5. Turn out on a floured board and roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
  6. Use a doughnut cutter to cut donuts(or glass cup).
  7. Deep fry at 375F until glolden brown on one side.
  8. Turn over.
  9. Brown the other side.
  10. Drain well on paper towels and roll in powdered sugar(or granulated.
  11. Enjoy!
  12. Yield: 24.
