VELVEETA Classic Potatoes au Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 5 min.
  3. or until tender; drain.
  4. Layer potatoes and onions in 2-qt.
  5. casserole dish.
  6. Place Velveeta, milk and mustard in large microwaveable bowl.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
  8. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 1 min.
  9. Pour over potatoes; cover.
  10. Bake 25 min.
  11. or until heated through.
