Beef & Asparagus Stir-Fry

  1. Stir together all sauce ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet or wok; add beef.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until meat is browned.
  5. Add sauce, asparagus and vegetables.
  6. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until mixture thickens and vegetables are heated through.
  7. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.
