Chesterfield Crab Casserole
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
- 12 cup bell pepper, green, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons onions, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup butter
- 4 cups breadcrumbs, toasted
- 2 cups milk, canned
- 6 eggs, boiled, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard, dry
- Mix ingredients and lightly put into a greased casserole.
- DO NOT pack!
- Bake at 350 degrees oven for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
