Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 (1 ounce.) semi-sweet baking chocolate squares, melted
- 3 c. chocolate chips
- 2 c. white confectionery coating, minced
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced nuts (any kind you like)
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream sugars, butter, Large eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir till very creamy.
- Add in half of the flour mix, stir, then add in the melted chocolate.
- Beat.
- Add in the rest of the flour mix, stir.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, white confectionery coating, and nuts.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 min.
- Place on rack or possibly newspaper to cold.
