Green Beans Tarragon
- 2 cups cooked green beans
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon
- cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- Lettuce leaves
- Combine green beans, oil, vinegar and tarragon in a bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
- To serve, spoon beans and dressing over lettuce leaves on individual serving dishes.
