Green Beans Tarragon

  1. Combine green beans, oil, vinegar and tarragon in a bowl.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
  3. To serve, spoon beans and dressing over lettuce leaves on individual serving dishes.
