Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 1 lb ground chicken (I used ground chicken breast)
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste ( I didnt have to use any)
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 head Butter Lettuce
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil, ground chicken, garlic, red pepper flakes and saute chicken until brown.
- Add chopped onion and mushrooms and cook through.
- Add the Soy Sauce, ginger and Hoisin sauce and mix well for a minute.
- Serve warm topped on lettuce leaves.
