Wheat Yogurt Muffins Recipe
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. wheat germ
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 c. raisins
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients and sugar.
- Add in yogurt, butter, egg and raisins.
- Stir till moist.
- Fill muffin c. 2/3 full.
- Makes 12.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 17-22 min.
- 155 calories each.
