Brie Appetizer Wreath Recipe

  4. Line a baking sheet with Parchment.
  5. ALT: Line with foil and spray with Pam.
  6. Stir the brandy (opt) into the Preserves.
  7. If using, stir 2 Tablespoons of the whipping cream into 3 ounce.

  9. Dice the brie in 1" dice.
  10. Unwrap 1 sheet phyllo and lay on clean dishtowel.
  11. Spray generously with Pam.
  12. Repeat with the other sheets.
  13. Starting 2" from the ends and 1" from the edge, make a 2" wide layer of brie cubes lengthwise.
  14. Top with the Preserve mix.
  15. Use the dishtowel to roll jelly-roll fashion.
  16. Fold the ends under and gently transfer to the baking sheet, forming into a wreath.
  17. Baste with the butter or possibly butter mix.
  18. Bake for 30 minutes.

  20. Transfer to a serving plate and cold a bit.
  21. Garnish with a holly sprig.
