Aris' Swiss Cheese And Green Beans Recipe
- 2 can French-style green beans
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp onion, chopped
- 1/2 pt lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. cornflakes, crushed
- Cook and drain cans of French-style green beans.
- Mix together melted margarine, flour, salt, and sugar; add in onion and lowfat sour cream.
- Mix green beans with lowfat sour cream mix.
- Pour into casserole dish; cover with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Top with crushed cornflakes.
- Heat at 350 degrees till heated throughout (don't let topping of cornflakes burn).
