Cilantro Lime Sour Cream

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp grated lime zest
• 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Serve.
