Kale Mary
- 3 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley
- 2 medium stalks celery, plus 1 stalk, for garnish
- 3 medium kale leaves with stalks
- 1/2 large, juicy lemon, peel and pith removed
- 2 ounces pepper-infused vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Juice, in this order, the tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, kale and lemon, following your juicer's specific settings for each.
- Stir in the vodka, celery salt and a few grinds of pepper.
- Serve immediately over ice in a tall glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk.
