Mom's creamy southern mashed potatoes

  1. Pick 6 good potatoes and rinse off.
  2. Peel you potatoes whichever way you feel comfortable
  3. I usually cut up potatoes in cubes but you can choose to leave them whole
  4. Get your large sauce pan and add potatoes with enough water to cover the potatoes
  5. Add a dash of salt to water and boil until potatoes are softened
  6. Drain water from pan
  7. Add your salt, milk, pepper, butter, and mayo then mash up, usually at this part you can just stir up because the potatoes should be soft enough
  8. After mashing up the potatoes they will be extremely creamy and taste amazing!!!
  9. Enjoy
