Vietnamese Lime-Chicken Patties

  1. Combine all ingredients (except vegetable oil) and shape into 8 patties.
  2. Brush with vegetable oil and cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Side idea: white rice or packaged sesame or peanut noodles.
