Easy Santa Fe-Style Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Brown meat; drain.
  3. Stir in corn, salsa and rice.
  4. Pierce peppers with a fork or sharp knife; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Fill evenly with meat mixture.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
