Meatloaf Barbecue Style Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 c. bread crumbs or possibly cracker crumbs
• 1/2 onion
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 can tomato sauce

1. Mix all ingredients well and form meatloaf.
2. Mix the following and pour over meatloaf: 1/4 c. water 1 1/2 tbsp.
3. vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tbsp.
4. mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
