Hot and Sweet Country Mustard

  1. Combine the dry mustard, flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Slowly stir in the cider vinegar.
  3. Don't taste it now, because it will be horrible.
  4. But in 3 to 4 days it will have mellowed and become superb.
  5. Keeps indefinitely in a cool place.
