Blueberry Peach Nectarine Crumble Recipe
- 4 x Ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 4 x Ripe peaches, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1 pt Ripe blueberries
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 stk unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pcs
- 1/4 c. Quick-cooking oats
- How to Prepare the Fruit:1.
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- 2.
- Arrange the fruit in a buttered baking dish.
- Toss the fruit with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- How to Prepare the Crumble:1.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar.
- 2.
- With your fingers, blend the butter into the flour/sugar mix till it resembles a coarse meal.
- 3.
- Stir in the oats and sprinkle on top of the fruit.
- 4.
- Bake till the fruit is soft and the topping is brown, about 20-30 min.
