Barbecue Ranch Chicken Salad

  1. COOK and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
  3. TOSS greens, tomato, and onion in bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over greens; toss to coat.
  5. Top with cooked chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  7. SERVE each salad with one quarter of the grapes, 1/2 cup ice cream, and a cookie.
  8. SERVE an 8 fl oz glass of water per person with meal.
