Chipotle Tartar Sauce

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped cornichons, gherkins or 2 tablespoons dill pickles
• 1 12 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle chile

1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
