Lite Cashew Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken 1/2 hour, or until completely cooked.
  2. Cool and cube.
  3. Slice celery and onions.
  4. Combine chicken, grapes, celery and onions.
  5. Add dressing mixture and mix well.
  6. Chill 4 hours before serving.
