Dainty Cheese Chive and Watercress Tea Sandwiches for Tea-Time

  1. Combine butter, Roquefort cheese, chives and watercress; blend thoroughly.
  2. Trim crusts from bread.
  3. Spread mixture on 6 slices of bread; top with remaining bread slices.
  4. Cut each sandwich into thirds.
  5. Makes 1 1/2 dozen tea-time finger sandwiches.
