Creamy Alfredo Zucchini Bake

• 4 small zucchini (1 lb.), thinly sliced
• 1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Combine vegetables, sauce and basil.
3. Place in 13x9-baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 30 min.
5. or until heated through, topping with cheeses for the last 5 min.
