Sausage Wonton Cups

  1. In a large skillet cook sausage until well done.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add tomato sauce, garlic, and basil.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
  6. Press wonton wrappers into miniature muffin cups sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 about 7 minutes or until slightly brown.
  8. Spoon sausage mix into cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake until cheese is melted.
