Chicken fried rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken ( shredded or diced)
- 1 cup frozen veggies- carrots, corn, green peas
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 2 cup jasmine rice ( basamati)
- 2 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Soak basamati rice in water for 10 to 15 mins
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions , green chilles till brown .add chicken and fry for few mins
- Add frozen veggies and mix well.
- Add garlic powder and pepper powder .
- Cook for few minutes
- Add soaked rice to the pan.
- Add chicken stock and let it cook till done
