Hazelnut-Shrimp Salad

  1. Mix together shrimp, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the hazelnuts, parsley, seasonings and 1 tbsp.
  2. lemon juice.
  3. Chill.
  4. Peel and slice avocado; brush with remaining lemon juice.
  5. Arrange avocado, salad and lemon wedges on lettuce-lined serving plate.
  6. Sprinkle remaining hazelnuts on shrimp salad.
