Potato-Carrot Casserole

• Overcooked carrots
• Mashed potatoes (even instant ones)
• Cheese of any kind

1. Mash up the carrots with the potatoes.
2. Pile into a baking dish, top with the cheese, and put under the broiler until the cheese melts.
