Caramel Apple Topping

  1. Peel the apples.
  2. Cut each apple into fourths.
  3. Cut the core and seeds out of the center of each fourth.
  4. Cut each fourth into slices or smaller pieces.
  5. Melt the margarine in the skillet over medium heat.
  6. Stir in the apples.
  7. Cook About 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until apples are crisp-tender when pierced with a fork.
  8. Pour the caramel topping over the apples.
  9. Cook, stirring frequently, until topping is warm.
  10. remove the skillet from the heat & serve.
