Whole Wheat Dill Bread
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 113 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon gluten flour
- 1 tablespoon lecithin
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 container eggbeaters
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup yogurt, non-fat plain
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons onions minced
- 2 tablespoons dill seed whole
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
