Mulled Cran-Cider
- 2 cups all-natural cranberry juice
- 1 inch of fresh gingerroot, peeled
- A long curl of orange peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 quart apple cider, the cloudy kind
- 1 cup whole cranberries, for garnish (optional)
- Steep the juice, ginger, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, and cider and keep warm in a pot over low heat.
- Strain the cider as you serve and garnish with a few cranberries if desired.
