Curry Chicken With Beer Recipe

  1. In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender, not brown.
  2. Stir in soup, beer and seasonings.
  3. Simmer uncovered 10 min.
  4. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
  5. Pour sauce over.
  6. Bake uncovered 50-55 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve over egg noodles.
  9. Serves 4-6.
