Curry Chicken With Beer Recipe
- 6 skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 can beer
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Pepper to taste
- In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender, not brown.
- Stir in soup, beer and seasonings.
- Simmer uncovered 10 min.
- Arrange chicken in baking dish.
- Pour sauce over.
- Bake uncovered 50-55 min at 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve over egg noodles.
- Serves 4-6.
